- You can always add an extra bundle for additional fullness.
Since our hair is double-drawn for maximum thickness, the wefts may run slightly shorter than the labeled length. This can require special spacing between wefts during install, so it's best to have an extra bundle on hand rather than come up short mid-application.

With proper care (following our care guide), this hair can last 3+ years and be reused multiple times.
We have clients who've reinstalled the same set up to 4 times, and unlike synthetic or heavily processed hair, it actually improves with care, getting softer and blending more naturally over time.

Orders are processed within 7-10 business days and shipped via Fedex or UPS. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as it ships.

Yes, because it's raw and unprocessed, it takes color beautifully.
We recommend having your extensions colored by a professional, and we offer color add-on services done in-house.

Because hair is a personal-use item, all sales are final once a package has been opened. If your bundles arrive unopened and unused, you can return them within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, just reach out to us first at hello@glowologist.com or text (803) 570-2076 so we can walk you through it. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. If the hair has been used in any way ( installed, colored, or used in a quick weave) it is considered final sale and not eligible for return.
