Booking Policy

Hi, Thank you for your interest in scheduling an appointment with me; below is essential information you will need to know to help the booking process run smoothly.

Location
  • The salon is located in Sandy Springs near Roswell Road.
  • The exact address will be delivered to the Email and/or Phone Number you provide.
  • Free parking is available on the premises and nearby.
Rescheduling and Cancelation
  • Your deposit is good for one rescheduling.
  • If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please text me at (803) 570-2076.

  • I understand things happen, if you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 10 hours in advance.
Payment
  • Please bring the remaining balance due for your appointment in cash. If you would like another form of payment, please text me at: 803-570-2076.
  • To confirm your appointment, a deposit of 15% is necessary, and this amount will be deducted from the final total due at the time of the appointment.
  • Your deposit is good for one appointment/ one reschedule.
  • You will receive a confirmation email and text after your appointment is booked and a day before your appointment, including the studio's exact location. I am located in Sandy Springs, GA near Hammond Dr and Roswell Rd.
  • Please note that the "Total Savings" you may see at the time of checkout is an error of the booking site and "Total Savings means the remaining balance due at time of checkout.

Appointment FAQs
  • I have a 15-minute grace period; after those 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added to your final amount.

  • After 30 minutes, your appointment is canceled and needs to be rescheduled for another day.

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform me as soon as possible. A no-call no-show will result in you being prohibited from booking with me again.

  • Space is limited, so please refrain from bringing additional guests.
Hair Info
  • Please note that the final results are based on the quality of hair. For the best results, I recommend using the hair I provide. Hair Packages are available below for booking.

  • If you plan on purchasing hair from me, all sales are final due to the nature of the hair. No refunds.

  • All services include a shampoo and condition, trim is included if needed.

  • I do not work with bundles that are severely cut up, meaning do not bring me wefts less than 5 inches long.

  • If the hair has been previously used, start by using a clarifying shampoo to eliminate any excess oil from the wefts and the hair. Accumulated oil can prevent the hair from flowing as well as it could. Afterward, proceed with a hydrating shampoo and a deep conditioner for best results.
  • For a pop of color, we have blonde pieces that can be added to your install to add a flair to your look. This option is available as an add-on.

  • If you want more than a few colored pieces and are purchasing hair from me, the hair must be purchased in full before the scheduled appointment.

  • For color services: If you are using hair from another source, you must drop off the bundles to me at least 3 days in advance to ensure your hair is ready on the day of your appointment. I don't do same-day color services.

  • Color services are only available for extensions at this time.
